Auri Faria Lima is a AAA office tower with 14,657m² of BOMA area, located a few steps from Av. Faria Lima, between the Vila Olímpia and Itaim districts. In recent years, this region has undergone numerous municipal enhancements and is fast becoming a reference point for quality of life and urban mobility, as evidenced with bicycle lanes, bus lanes and integrated subway and train stations.
