EVENT AREA: located on the 3rd floor, the space has 5 rooms that can be unified, totaling 714.79 m2;

Auri Faria Lima is a mixed-use development conceived and built by AuriNova Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, comprising a AAA office tower with 17,921 m² of BOMA area, located a few steps from Av. Faria Lima, between Vila Olímpia and Itaim. This region has undergone numerous municipal interventions in recent years and is becoming a benchmark in quality of life and urban mobility, with bike paths, bus corridors, and integrated metro and train stations. It contains an elegant bar at the entrance, with a ceiling height of 7.47 m (floor to ceiling) and 8.31 m (floor to concrete slab) generates a great impact due to its grandeur while the terrace offers an incredible view of the city of São Paulo.
